As you know Newport is the place to be in the summer, from gala’s, fundraisers, auctions, to honorary chairs, there is a large social scene here in Newport. Hollywood you wear a gown down the red carpet….In Newport, we walk cobblestones dressed in full summer preppy clothes wearing heirloom jewelry to these parties. Men in full bow ties and possibly Madras pants. And Parties, oh yes there are parties behind these private doors hosts invite 100-200 of their “Newport Friends” to come over for a few drinks, a few laughs, and good food, and unique decor. Here is where I come in. If it is the same 200 people going to these parties every thursday, friday, saturday, you need to be different. I like different and I also love a challenge. Again some guests are invited to all guest lists and he has the chance to see my designs let’s say 12 times, If I repeat the same concept, to me it means boring. So I have been happily helping Newport party hosts, with their party needs and decor. Here is a great one I did at a private residence. It was a lot of fun! Grilled Brick Oven Pizza, a round Bar, and a DJ spinning beats till the wee hours of the morning.
